Ezeikel 17:22-24; 2nd Corinthians 5:1-10
After the fall of man in the garden of Eden, man became hopeless. He fell short of the glory of God. What awaited him was punishment and damnation. But God brought a way out. At the appointed time, God sent his Son Jesus Christ to come and die for the salvation and redemption of man.

Till this day, the only hope for mankind is found in God. God is the only one who can take us from a position of destruction, ridicule, and shame to a place of honor, exaltation and salvation. He was able to take his Son from the humiliation of man to a place where he has become the salvation of man. All hope was lost at the cross of crucifixion but Hope was restored at the grave of resurrection.

It is God alone who can take us from our present physical and spiritual position to a place where we will be outstanding and useful vessels in his hands for the salvation of humanity. There might have been fear of destruction and condemnation, but God is giving us hope today.
This hope it’s not only in this life on earth, it is hope of a glorious life with God forever in heaven; when we would have put off this mortal body and put on immortality. It’s wonderful just thinking about it. There is still hope as long as we are not dead yet, and it could be found only in God.

I pray that God will give us grace to keep on looking unto Jesus, to help us keep hope alive. Amen. God bless you.
