BOLDNESS TO BE GOD’S WITNESSES

Isaiah 44:6-8; Acts 4:18-20

In today’s world, it is becoming very difficult to witness for Christ. The rate at which people have become blinded to the truth has made the task of sharing our faith with others very cumbersome. You cannot imagine people trying to compare the Almighty God, the Creator and sustainer of the universe with wood and images.

Sometimes it seems as if the world is going crazy or blind. Even when you present the truth they will always look for objections, some even go further to try and silence you. Peter and John were commanded by the authorities never to speak or teach in the name of Jesus. Today, countries and regions have even put certain things into law that makes preaching the gospel or sharing our faith very difficult.

This is why we need boldness. We need to pray for boldness in our lives to share our faith in Christ with our friends, relatives, and neighbors. God commands us not to be afraid for there is no other God and Rock like Him (Isaiah 44:6-8). He will always be there for us just as He was with Peter and John. I pray for grace and boldness for everyone of us to share our faith and be God’s witnesses no matter what. In Jesus name. Amen. God bless you
